Introduction
Welcome to Simulated Interview. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Simulated Interview website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Subscription and Payments
Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.
We use Stripe for payment processing. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription plan you have selected. If your payment cannot be completed, we may suspend your access to the service until payment is received.
Free Trial
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a free trial for a limited period of time. You may be required to enter your payment information to sign up for the free trial.
If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial period, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Simulated Interview and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website, except as follows:
- Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
- You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes
- You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution
User Content
By using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any content that you provide through our service, including but not limited to audio recordings, interview answers, and feedback responses. This license is for the purpose of operating, developing, and improving our services.
Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall Simulated Interview, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

Our service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the effectiveness of the service in improving your interview performance or securing employment.
